Qualifications

• Two years’ research experience
• Sufficient proficiency in English reading/writing for safety critical activities
• Ability to communicate with patients, physicians, family members and coworkers with customer service focus
• Experience in clinical and research data entry
• Ability to handle challenging situations and exercises sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Conducts screening and interviews to evaluate patient eligibility for studies.
• Collaborates with patient care team and communicates pertinent information.
• Maintains accurate research records and data processing.
• Coordinates scheduling of subject appointments and procedures.
• Reports adverse events to regulatory authorities as required.
