Job summary

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a clinical research coordinator to support patient and participant coordination across multiple studies in Dallas. This role involves direct interaction with study participants and collaboration with investigators to ensure protocol compliance and high-quality data collection.

Responsibilities include scheduling procedures, maintaining regulatory documentation, assisting with budgets, and contributing to study design and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medical or science field.
• At least 1 year of clinical research experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly interacts with study participants via telephone, telehealth or in person.
• Coordinate regulatory aspects of the trial and ensure compliance with FDA, IRB and university policies.
• Schedule procedures per protocol and assist PI with protocol adherence.
• Develop and maintain study budgets and assist with billing where applicable.
• Maintain and organize study documentation and data collection tools.
