Job summary

ObjectiveHealth is seeking a committed Clinical Research Coordinator I to support IRB-approved trials, focusing on patient interaction, consent, and accurate data collection. This full-time role requires strong attention to detail and timely communication with the research team.

The ideal candidate will have certification such as MA or phlebotomy and a passion for improving patient outcomes across Gastroenterology, Urology, Dermatology, and Oncology trial areas.

Qualifications

• Certification such as MA or phlebotomy or related credentials.
• Experience conducting IRB-approved clinical trial activities including screening, randomization and enrollment.
• Direct patient care activities such as consenting, blood draws, ECG, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned studies and patients, ensuring accurate data entry and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate clinic visits, screenings and enrollments while maintaining test results and study documentation.
• Communicate with leadership and team members to address questions and correct issues promptly.
• Maintain eSource materials and respond to IRB inquiries and audit findings as required.
