Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field is required.
• A current phlebotomy license is preferred in Tennessee.
• Experience with clinical research and regulatory concepts is expected.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, GCP, IRB processes advisable.

Responsibilities

• Assess eligibility of potential subjects via interviews and medical record reviews.
• Maintain study activity records including CRFs and regulatory forms.
• Perform venipunctures and collect specimens per protocol.
• Coordinate specimen labeling, storage, and shipment following IATA guidelines.
• Monitor compliance with protocols and regulatory policies; assist IRB submissions.
