Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business administration or health-related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator/Associate or 1 year of relevant patient-facing clinical experience.
• All team members to receive Phlebotomy training within 3 months of hire if no prior Phlebotomy experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day activities of clinical trials including recruitment, screening and enrollment of participants; obtain informed consent and conduct study visits.
• Perform protocol-required procedures as permitted by policy and delegated by the Principal Investigator.
• Prepare study source documents and document data in sponsor data capture tools; report adverse events to PI and sponsor.
• Maintain participant safety and rights; coordinate with sponsor representatives, PI and hospital departments; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track study visits and reconcile items with Research Finance and Regulatory to close trials per federal regulations.
