Job summary

HonorHealth Research Institute in Scottsdale seeks a Coordinator Clinical Research I to oversee day-to-day trial execution and provide data support in accordance with FDA, ICH, and GCP guidelines.

You will work with Research Staff to collect, store, and manage data, prepare reports, and help ensure regulatory and quality standards are met. A HS diploma and data experience are required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. This role is based in the Shea Medical Office Building, Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• 2 years of data experience or a technician working in a healthcare environment, or currently enrolled in/completed a research educational program

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage inpatient and outpatient studies according to protocol.
• Collect, verify, organize and record clinical information and data in case report forms.
• Assist with data quality checks, SAE reconciliation, and data locks.
• Support regulatory documentation and IRB reporting.
• Mentor/train on new systems and programs for coordinators.
