Posting SummaryRutgers University seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator I for the Pediatrics Department at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. The CRC works closely with the Pediatric Department Chair/PI, supporting research activities, including NIH-funded projects like UNEARTH and CISTEM2. Responsibilities include study creation, approvals, recruitment, sample collection, data management, and ensuring protocol adherence across sites. The CRC will assist with staff training, SOP development, and logistics.
Key Duties
  1. Coordinate clinical research activities with the Department Chair and PI.
  2. Assist in study implementation and conduct per protocols.
  3. Manage study procedures, including subject recruitment, consent, sample collection, and data management.
  4. Ensure staff training records are current.
  5. Collaborate on research plans, manuscript preparation, and grant proposals.
  6. Coordinate with study monitors for data queries and site visits.
