Liver Institute PLLC in Tucson, AZ is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our hepatology practice. This role focuses on coordinating studies, enrolling participants, and ensuring regulatory compliance to advance medical science and patient care.

The CRC will work with a multidisciplinary team, conduct informed consent, monitor safety, and support data integrity. A bachelor's degree and healthcare experience are preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 1 year CER/CRC experience or 2 years healthcare with patient interaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication with sponsors, participants, physicians, and clinic staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Spanish-speaking (bilingual) preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings or weekends.
• Phlebotomy training preferred; willingness to obtain.
• Background in biology/health sciences preferred.
• Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical research studies with multidisciplinary teams.
• Screen, educate, and enroll study participants.
• Conduct informed consent with participants and caregivers.
• Monitor participant safety and report adverse events.
• Document study activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review and resolve data queries; maintain regulatory documentation.
