Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 1-2 years clinical research experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and medical terminology.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and FDA regulations for human subjects protection.
• Ability to maintain records, write reports, and ensure data quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, record, and maintain study data per protocol and SOPs.
• Recruit and screen participants; obtain informed consent.
• Schedule visits; perform study procedures and lab tasks.
• Monitor subject safety; report adverse events.
• Prepare for monitoring visits and regulatory inspections.
• Train site staff and support data quality checks.
