Job summary

Innovo Research in Hutchinson, KS is seeking an entry-level Clinical Research Assistant to support trial coordination, patient care during visits, and data capture. You will work under supervision to ensure protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.

This role involves screenings, consent, phlebotomy support, and collaboration with investigators, coordinators, and staff. Full-time, on-site position with standard clinic hours; training provided; prior phlebotomy or CNA background a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience. Knowledge of OSHA and FDA regulations is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience/certification preferred.
• Certified Nurse Assistant Certificate is a plus.
• Strong data management and regulatory compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain informed consent and ensure regulatory compliance during study visits.
• Screen prospective participants for eligibility and coordinate visits.
• Maintain accurate CRFs, source documents, and study records with regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison between investigators, providers, sponsors, patients and staff.
• Adhere to GCP, FDA regulations, HIPAA, and protocol requirements; support audits and close-out activities.
• Utilize EMR, CTMS, CRIO and other systems to document research activities; manage calendars and reports.
