Job summary

Baptist Health in Miami seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the Research leadership and Principal Investigator on a designated project. You will ensure protocol requirements are met, maintain safety, and collaborate with physicians, patients, sponsors, and departments in a service-driven environment.

The role requires mentoring junior CRCs and RAs, managing multiple protocols, and delivering detailed regulatory paperwork in line with FDA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BA acceptable.
• CITI and clinical research certifications required.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Clinical Trials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Research leadership and Principal Investigator.
• Ensure protocol compliance with regulatory standards and FDA requirements.
• Mentor junior CRCs and RAs.
• Manage multiple protocols concurrently.
