The University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator A to assist in clinical tasks at the Thalheimer Center for Cardio-Oncology in Philadelphia. This role requires a Bachelor of Science and 1–2 years of experience in clinical research, with opportunities to work across study teams and external departments.

• Recruit patients and explain protocol and consent forms; ensure signed consents are maintained in study binder and logs submitted to sponsor.
• Complete all source documents and worksheets; enter data timely; maintain subject binders and enrollment information.
• Assist in regulatory submissions; coordinate with IRB submissions, continuing reviews, amendments and adverse event reporting.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up visits; ensure activities occur within protocol timelines and document lost-to-follow-up efforts.
• Monitor data quality and query resolution; assist with audits and regulatory visits.
