Job summary

The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) at UCSF Fein Memory and Aging Center ensures study operations stay compliant from initiation to close-out. They coordinate investigators, staff, participants, and IRBs while maintaining data integrity and reporting study results.

Under PI and Clinical Research Supervisor, the CRC supports multiple studies, handles databases, training, and audits, and serves as a liaison across departments to ensure regulatory approvals and smooth execution of protocols.

Qualifications

• HS graduation and sufficient experience to perform duties.
• Mandarin/ Cantonese verbal and written skills (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills; strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Windows.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment; project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with patients, co-workers, and physicians.
• Mandarin/ Cantonese verbal and written skills (preferred).
• Experience with RedCAP, Qualtrics, or other research software.
• Experience working with study subjects aged 5 through 18.
• Experience with data collection forms and databases.
