Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to ensure the compliant execution of assigned studies in Florida. The role supports study start-up, site initiation, data entry, and regulatory documentation while maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.

The CRC will screen patients, collect data, obtain vitals and ECGs, help with basic lab tasks, manage study logs and scheduling, and coordinate with investigators and the site team to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical research or clinical experience.
• Proficiency with basic clinical procedures (vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy) preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for study enrollment.
• Document data in source charts and EDC systems.
• Obtain vital signs and ECGs; assist with basic lab procedures.
• Maintain logs, schedules, and study supplies.
• Support site initiation visits and investigator meetings.
