Job summary

Rovia Clinical Research is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to coordinate and execute clinical trials in alignment with study protocols and ICH/GCP guidelines. You will partner with site teams to support startup, enrollment, data quality, and study success.

The role requires strong medical terminology knowledge, regulatory awareness, and exceptional organizational and patient-facing communication skills. Prior experience with phlebotomy, EKGs, and data entry is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years of clinical research experience.
• Experience with patient-facing activities (phlebotomy, vital signs, EKGs) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute clinical trials per study protocols and ICH/GCP.
• Perform clinical tasks including vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, and specimen handling as applicable.
• Ensure informed consent is properly obtained and documented.
• Support study startup, enrollment, data quality, and study success.
• Monitor subject safety and report adverse events; escalate concerns as needed.
• Complete source documentation and EDC data entry accurately.
• Maintain investigational product accountability and storage.
• Prepare for and support monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
• Collaborate with site staff to ensure protocol adherence and efficient visit flow.
