Roles & Responsibilities

Description

Clinical Research Coordinators at the Depression and Anxiety Center for Discovery and Treatment (DAC) are responsible for research, clinical, and administrative tasks related to conducting studies, including: running experimental procedures, entering and analyzing data, conducting phone screens, assisting with protocol development, and preparing presentations and publications.

DAC is conducting research studies including clinical trials of therapeutics and exploratory studies with collaborators in Neuroscience and Neurology. The position requires an individual who can transition into and manage ongoing studies, understands scientific investigation and clinical trials, and has an in-depth understanding of study protocols. The candidate should possess excellent scientific, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a background in psychology to manage technical aspects.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine human subjects research using appropriate techniques under supervision.
  • Assist with activities such as obtaining informed consent, screening participants, registering patients, administering questionnaires, and handling calls.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and review for publications and presentations.
  • Maintain source documents and subject files according to policies, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Secure and ship clinical specimens as required.
  • Assist with preparation for regulatory agency visits.
  • Perform other related duties.
Qualifications
