Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee daily operations of multiple clinical research studies under the supervision of the Medical Office Administrator. You will interface with the Principal Investigator, patients, sponsors, and the IRB to ensure timely and accurate documentation and strict adherence to study protocols (GCP/ICH).

We value a background in medical or phlebotomy training and prefer candidates with vocational schooling, biosafety packaging

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical or Phlebotomy training program or equivalent educ/experience
• Graduate of a Vocational School or college
• Biohazardous Material packaging training (preferred)
• Phlebotomy certification or equivalent credentials may be required upon hire

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of multiple clinical research studies under the supervision of the Medical Office Administrator

• Ensures strict compliance to study protocols (GCP/ICH) and maintains study documentation quality

Under the supervision of the Medical Office Administrator, the Clinical Research Coordinator oversees the day to day functions of multiple clinical research studies. This role is responsible for interfacing with the Principal Investigator, Patient, Sponsor, and the IRB. This position is directly responsible to ensure that all documentation is timely and accurate and works closely with the PI to ensure strict compliance to study protocols (GCP/ICH).

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Completion of an accredited Medical or Phlebotomy training program or equivalent educ/experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Vocational School or college
• Coursework/Training: Biohazardous Material packaging training
• F02 AMG Clinical Trials: Required to have College Degree
• Upon hire: Phlebotomy Certificate for department SJuHMG Clinical Trials
• 2 years experience in a Clinical Research setting, 3 years preferred

Pay Range: $33.05 - $51.30
