Job summary

Providence Clinical Network is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee day-to-day activities across multiple studies in a patient-centered environment. You will collaborate with the PI, patients, sponsors, and the IRB to ensure timely, accurate documentation and strict adherence to study protocols.

The role emphasizes GCP/ICH compliance, data integrity, and close coordination with the research team.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical or Phlebotomy training program, or 2 years of clinical research experience.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education/experience.
• 2 years experience in a clinical research setting.
• Preferred: 3 years experience in a clinical research setting.
• Graduate of a vocational school (preferred).

Under the supervision of department leadership, the Clinical Research Coordinator oversees the day to day functions of multiple clinical research studies. This role is responsible for interfacing with the Principal Investigator, Patient, Sponsor, and the IRB. This position is directly responsible to ensure that all documentation is timely and accurate and works closely with the PI to ensure strict compliance to study protocols (GCP/ICH).

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Completion of an accredited Medical or Phlebotomy training program. Or 2 years of clinical research experience

• H.S. Diploma or GED Or equivalent educ/experience

• 2 years Experience in a Clinical Research setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Vocational School or college.

• Coursework/Training Biohazardous Material packaging training.

• Upon hire: Phlebotomy Certificate (for department SJuHMG Clinical Trials)

• 3 years Experience in a Clinical Research setting.
