Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator in Lufkin, TX to support ongoing studies within a collaborative clinical research department. You will conduct studies in accordance with FDA/GCP and ICH guidelines, accurately record patient data, and ensure IRB approvals and safety monitoring.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a clinical field with at least 2 years of CRC experience, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and are fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a clinical or medical field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of clinical research processes, including GCP, SOPs, and safety monitoring.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; English fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical studies in accordance with FDA/GCP and ICH regulations and guidelines.
• Accurately record patient information and test results on required forms as per protocol.
• Complete IP accountability logs and related documentation when necessary.
• Report suspected non-compliance issues to relevant site staff promptly.

Contract: 6 months
