The role supports ongoing studies within the clinical research department, requiring strong interpersonal skills and collaboration in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities include conducting studies per FDA/GCP guidelines, accurate data recording, IP logs, and ensuring IRB approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical or medical field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar.
• Solid understanding of clinical research processes, including GCP, SOPs, and safety monitoring.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English preferred.

• Accurately record patient information and test results on required forms per protocol.
• Complete IP accountability logs and related documentation when necessary.
• Report suspected non-compliance issues to relevant site staff promptly.
• Ensure IRB approval is obtained prior to study initiation and maintain compliance throughout the study duration.
• Schedule patient bookings and conduct follow‑ups.
• Record patient demographics and test/study results.

Pay Range: $26-32/hr

Contract: 6 months

What's the Job?
