Responsible for directing study operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering performance outcomes related to enrollment, data quality, and protocol execution. Engages directly with research participants and exercises independent judgment in identifying risks and implementing strategies that impact study success and organizational research objectives across sites.
Please note that this is a 100% on-site position in Crest Hill, Illinois. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Other Licensures or Certifications not Listed: Professional certification through the Association of Clinical Research Professionals or Society of Clinical Research Associates preferred

Physical Demands:
For this position, the base pay range is $60,000 - $72,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training.
