Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Boston, MA is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support clinical studies under established policies and study protocols. You will recruit, evaluate and consent patients, collect and organize data, schedule visits, and perform phlebotomy and EKGs to support high-quality study data.

Education: a Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; experience may substitute for the degree.

  • Document patient visits and procedures.
  • Assist with regulatory binders and QA/QC procedures.
  • Assist with interviewing study subjects.
  • Assist with study regulator submissions.

Job Summary Following established policies, procedures, and study protocols, provides assistance on clinical research studies, including recruiting, evaluating, and consenting patients for studies; collecting and organizing patient data; scheduling patients for study visits; performing clinical tests such as phlebotomy, EKGs, etc.; and maintaining and updating data generated by the study.

Candidates who are in the process of completing their bachelor's degree have a six-month grace period from their hire date (up to one year if starting on a per diem basis) to provide degree equivalency verification.

Essential Functions
