A leading biotechnology company is seeking a full-time Clinical Trial Liaison to support clinical trials across the U.S. This remote role requires significant travel and strong experience in clinical trial research. Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are seeking to hire a full-time Clinical Trial Liaison to work remotely from a home-based office in the USA, near a major airport, with a start date prior to November 17, 2025.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000. Salary Range is based on Experience and Education levels.
The Clinical Trial Liaison (CTL) is a field-based role responsible for supporting clinical trial engagements across the United States. This role focuses on pre-study activities such as feasibility assessments, site identification and selection, and developing investigator engagement plans. The CTL will also provide ongoing study support by engaging with investigators and site staff to address enrollment barriers, implement site operational strategies, and drive site performance. In addition, the CTL will build strong professional partnerships, respond to site inquiries in a timely and compliant manner, and educate investigators and healthcare professionals on trial protocols to enhance understanding and support recruitment and activation timelines.
