Job summary

Orso Health in San Diego is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support operational and administrative functions of clinical trials, acting as a liaison between participants and the research team. The CRA will assist with scheduling, data entry, biospecimen coordination, and regulatory documentation under supervision.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and adherence to GCP and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree with 1–2 years accepted.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in clinical research or related field.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, IRB processes, and regulatory documentation.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate study visits and serve as primary contact.
• Assist in data entry into CRMS and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate biospecimen scheduling and shipment; assist with compliance and audits.
• Support site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
