Job summary

ICON is seeking a Clinical Research Associate-II to join our Central team. You will design and monitor clinical trials, ensuring data integrity and patient safety across sites in a sponsor-dedicated model.

In this CRA-II role, you will conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, collaborate with site staff, and review study documentation to support accurate trial conduct and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct.
• Perform data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.
