Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Research Associate II to support clinic operations, manage patient care workflows, and assist with administrative tasks. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and data accuracy across clinical services.

You will participate in wakeful patient interactions, phlebotomy, and sleep disorder procedures under physician supervision, while ensuring quality and safety in trials conducted globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in clinical research operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and FDA regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assist with patient care workflows and clinic operations.
• Perform phlebotomy and non-technical procedures as required.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate data entry in trial systems.
• Provide administrative support and training to new staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to COPs, SOPs, and local regulations.
