You will train and support staff, and serve as a liaison between the site and sponsors to facilitate patient enrollment.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of clinical research process (GCP/ICH/SOPs)
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and problem solve

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical studies according to FDA/GCP and ICH regulations and guidelines.
• Provide medical care to patients, prioritizing patient safety.
• Schedule subject visits within protocol windows; maximize capacity.
• Perform all defined study activities (informed consent, screening, vital signs, etc.).
• Record patient information and test results as per protocol on required forms.
• Complete IP accountability logs when required; report non-compliance.
• Obtain IRB approval prior to study initiation and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Promote the company and build positive relationships with patients to support retention.
• Attend site initiation meetings and training on protocol.
• Monitor plan for study conduct across multiple studies and communicate obstacles.
• Accurately collect and document data using approved study documents.
• Ensure timelines are met by coordinating with staff.
• Monitor participant safety and report adverse events per procedure.
• Serve as primary sponsor contact for studies; document communications.
• Act as back-up to people manager; assist in hiring, training, and performance reviews.
