• Serve as the primary point of contact for investigative sites, providing information on clinical trials and ensuring effective engagement
• Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations
• Mentor and train less experienced CRAs while managing investigator payments and ensuring data quality and audit readiness

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including 6 months in clinical research monitoring
• Familiarity with risk-based monitoring approaches
• Preferred tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing)
• Knowledge of immunology/dermatology therapeutic areas is preferred
• Experience as a study coordinator is advantageous
