Overview

Clinical Research Associate will coordinate and track clinical, program or research activities, assist with the review, editing and submission of documentation including grants, manuscripts, galleys, proofs, articles, publications and presentations, assist in the maintenance and improvement of protocols and processes. The role also includes maintaining systems, databases, procedures, and websites for records and reporting, maintaining program metrics and related tools and regularly reporting results, and coordinating information collection, compilation and dissemination as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track clinical, program or research activities; assist with the review, editing and submission of documentation including grants, manuscripts, galleys, proofs, articles, publications and presentations; assist in the maintenance and improvement of protocols and processes.
• Maintain systems, databases, procedures, and websites for records and reporting; maintain program metrics and related tools; regularly report results; coordinate information collection, compilation and dissemination as required.
• Support the clinical program by ensuring that patient charts are prepared for clinic; assist in placing calls to patients, primary care physicians, and subspecialists; provide prepared charts to the appropriate Genetic Counselor to review prior to the family visit.
• Provide administrative support including preparing and coordinating meetings, interviews, committees, conferences and calendars (schedules, travel, agendas and minutes), preparing presentations, letters, reports, memoranda, and related materials; assist in message creation and development including website content, fact sheets, correspondences, emails, lectures, social media posts and other formats; and other duties and administrative support projects as assigned.
