Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research and managing clinical trials.
• Experience working in a lab environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Proficiency with statistical methods and/or software preferred.
• College degree required.
• Must be organized and able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of laboratory solutions, materials and media.
• Moderate physical work such as lifting boxes and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Trial Management: coordinate patient recruitment, follow up, and study binder management.
• Specimen Processing and Analysis: manage transport, labeling, tracking, and processing of samples; assist with bench work.
• Maintain inventory of shared supplies and instrumentation; track usage and order supplies.
• Ensure smooth collaboration across study sites, co-investigators and research staff.
• Assist in managing PHO-related meetings and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with study contracts and payer communications.
