Qualifications

• HS/GED or equivalent required.
• 2 yrs of research experience or Medical Assistant/Laboratory Technician with clinical exp.
• Experience maintaining regulatory documentation and study files preferred.

Responsibilities

• File and store study documents accurately.
• Retrieve medical records (electronic or paper).
• Collect clinical data such as vital signs, EKGs, weights; perform phlebotomy as directed.
• Enter data in sponsor portals accurately.
• Maintain organized records for sponsor audits.
• Collect, process, store, and ship specimens as required by the study.
• Schedule study appointments and triage research-related calls.
