Mass General Brigham is looking for a Research Assistant to support clinical studies at Brigham and Women's Hospital. The role involves data collection, patient recruitment for trials, and maintaining documentation under the supervision of an investigator. A BS or BA degree is required, with knowledge of clinical research protocols preferred.

This position involves a variety of clinical and administrative tasks aimed at facilitating patient flow and enhancing care quality. Responsibilities include organizing priorities, managing confidential patient information, scheduling appointments, arranging diagnostic tests and referrals, and assisting with insurance issues. Opportunities for participation in research protocols may also be available.

Knowledge of clinical research protocols; 0-1 year preferred. Prior experience with programming in Bash and/or Python is preferred. Familiarity with statistical software such as R or STATA is also preferred.
Under supervision of an investigator, the RA will coordinate clinical research studies, assist in managing and analyzing datasets, recruit and evaluate patients, conduct clinical tests, maintain study documentation, and contribute to research presentations and publications. Responsibilities include scheduling, data collection, regulatory compliance, and neuroimaging data processing.
Office and clinical environment; travel between hospital and research facilities may be required.
