Profound Research is seeking an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to support trial coordination, patient recruitment, data collection, and regulatory compliance. You will ensure adherence to study protocols and patient safety, providing essential administrative support to keep studies running smoothly and within regulatory standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience in the life science industry, or an Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to use Computers, Microsoft Office software, fax, copier, and multi-line telephone.
• Experience performing some clinical assessments, including vital signs, EKGs, blood draws, and lab specimen processing/shipping.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication with varied stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Work under direction of management and PI on trial activities.
• Participate in active patient recruitment.
• Support CRA and staff with phlebotomy, labs, data entry, and admin tasks.
• Conduct trial activities per protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training including ICH-GCP and IATA.
• Coordinate start-up, vendor management, recruitment, documentation, visits.
• Maintain good documentation practices for data and regulatory records.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, sponsors, and vendors.
• Manage supplies from sponsors.
• Understand timelines/endpoints and patient populations for protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.
