Mountain View Hospital is seeking a Research Assistant to join our team. You will perform administrative duties under a physician, schedule appointments, maintain medical records, and assist with clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and recording histories.

Accuracy and excellent customer service are essential in every patient interaction. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, current BLS certification, and prior work in a medical office.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and current BLS certification.
• Experience in a doctor’s office or medical setting preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties under a physician (scheduling, medical records).
• Take and record vital signs and medical histories.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with investigative protocols.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and data entry.
