This full-time role involves preparing source documents for study visits, performing vitals and phlebotomy, and data entry to ensure accurate patient data and compliant workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to work night shifts in a fast-paced research environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
• Understand regulatory requirements, GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Knowledgeable in medical terminology.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willing to work a NIGHT SHIFT.

Responsibilities

• Prepare source documents for study visits.
• Perform vitals, ECGs, and phlebotomy.
• Data Entry from patient visit.
• Ship and process specimens.
• Undertake protocol trainings as assigned.
• General office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning.
• May include additional responsibilities as required by ERG.
