Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX seeks a Clinical Research Assistant to support ongoing data management for local and national studies. Under supervision of investigators and coordinators, you will coordinate participant visits and assist with data collection across Radiology, Neurosurgery, and Psychiatry teams.

You will work with a large team to ensure protocol adherence, data integrity, and regulatory compliance, contributing to study closeouts and sponsor audits as required.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience as listed in the job posting.
• Experience: 2 years with HS Diploma or 1 year with Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant visits and scheduling.
• Enter and manage study data in CRF and databases.
• Assist with regulatory submissions and QA/QC checks.
• Support recruitment and screening for trials as trained.
• May assist with phlebotomy, vital signs, and EKGs as needed.

Education

High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in medical or science related field or Bachelor’s Degree medical or science related field and no prior experience
