Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Clinical Research Assistant II to provide data management and study coordination across local and national studies. You will support recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up of participants, while maintaining data quality and protocol compliance.

Under supervision, you will assist with study start-up, maintenance, and closeout activities, coordinate visits, and support research staff with regulatory filings and audits.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or higher with 1–2 years experience for some roles.
• Experience with data collection, management and entry into CRFs or EDC systems.
• CPR/CPR AED may be required depending on affiliate location requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand visit schedules and protocol requirements for low complexity trials.
• Assist research staff with protocol-related tasks and data entry.
• Review medical records for eligibility and abstract relevant info.
• Enter data into case report forms and manage study documentation.
• Support regulatory submissions and IRB-related activities.
• Recruit and enroll patients, with training and supervision.
