Job summary

Qualifications

• MA certification required.
• HS diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical research principles and HIPAA.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office and data systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute clinical protocols under PI supervision.
• Perform injections and vaccinations in trials.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll participants per protocol.
• Schedule visits and follow-ups with participants and teams.
• Collect and maintain accurate data and regulatory docs.
• Monitor progress and report adverse events to the team.
• Assist with regulatory submissions and audits.
• Ensure SOPs and GCP compliance.
