Job summary

CenExel Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support CRCs in achieving protocol-specific goals while adhering to ICH, GCP, and site guidelines. Responsibilities include charting, visit preparation, inventory management, data entry, and coordination with participants, vendors, and laboratories.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Interest in and knowledge of specific study indications.
• Excellent computer skills and advanced knowledge of electronic equipment.
• Skilled in organization and record maintenance.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with supervisors and co-workers.
• Strong personal initiative and attention to detail.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to clearly communicate both orally and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain patient charts for all assigned studies.
• Prepare participant visits based on CRC's schedule and ensure source documents, lab kits, and visit materials are available and accurate.
• Maintain inventory of study-specific supplies, including lab kits and materials.
• Perform data entry and resolve CRF queries per sponsor timelines.
• Assist Coordinators with assessments such as blood pressure and urine collection.
• Communicate with study participants, caregivers, vendors, and laboratories.
• Assist with scheduling, copying, faxing, and other clerical tasks.
• Aid Coordinators in study monitoring visits.
• Complete daily responsibilities as directed by CRC.
• Other duties as assigned.
