Job summary

McLean Hospital seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to support sponsored clinical studies. You will coordinate participant screening, recruitment, data management, and protocol development under the guidance of the Principal Investigator.

You will maintain study databases, ensure data validation and quality control, assist with analyses, train new staff, and may supervise a small team as needed. Onsite position at 115 Mill Street.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of directly related clinical research experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of sponsored clinical research studies.
• Initiate and maintain contact with study participants.
• Screen applicants for eligibility and determine suitability.
• Develop and implement patient recruitment strategies with PI input.
• Develop, organize, and maintain the study database.
• Perform data validation and quality control.
• Assist with preliminary analyses and liaise with statistical consultant.
• Contribute to protocol development and IRB submissions.
• Train and orient new staff; may supervise a small team.
