Job summary

Arkansas Children's is seeking a Research Assistant Clinical to support multiple research studies, including grants and trials, under supervision. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field recommended.
• 2 years of experience or equivalent in lieu of diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of assigned projects and coordinate with investigators.
• Recruit participants, screen for eligibility, and collect data per protocol.
• Enter data into databases, maintain records, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate lab recruitment and lab tests when applicable; manage timelines.
• Ensure regulatory and financial audit readiness and compliance.
