Prepares flowcharts, study specific source documents, and collects/records subject data on case report forms. Creates databases and performs date entry into the database.3. Serves as a research resource to subjects, families, and other healthcare providers regarding the needs of study and subjects family preserving patient/subject privacy and maintaining confidentiality of subject information.4. Promotes knowledge of current professional practice and research standards, laws and regulations that affect human subjects research.5. Facilitates and improves collaboration with other departments to facilitate research across the continuum.6. Coordinates/collects requested data for sponsor review during site visits. Assists study monitor(s) in chart and case report form review.7. Maintains files and study documentation according to institutional and regulatory standards8. The incumbent will participate in the smoking cessation intervention delivery. This will include training to become a quit coach and delivering quit coaching sessions to study participants.9. This position will monitor incoming data to ensure a high level of quality. This will include monitoring data dashboards, as well as working with participants and collaborators to troubleshoot any data-related issues.10. Performs other duties as assigned.
