Job summary

Adams Clinical is seeking a Clinical Research Administrative Coordinator to support scheduling, educate participants, and assist clinicians and research staff. This in-person role is based near Dallas, TX with a potential transition to remote work after 6–12 weeks.

You will manage appointment reminders, coordinate transportation via UberHealth and Lyft Concierge, and reach out to potential study participants who miss visits to rebook and maintain their visit progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college required.
• Great interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete appointment reminders and provide appointment information to support attendance.
• Arrange transportation to and from the office using healthcare portals (UberHealth and Lyft Concierge).
• Place calls, texts, and emails to potential study participants who missed or rescheduled their appointment.
• Contribute to the outreach team by triaging inquiries and directing calls to other office teams.
• Promote Adams Clinical to build relationships with potential study participants to ensure retention.
• Review feedback and suggest improvements to screening, process, and marketing.
