Thrifty White Pharmacy in Mahnomen, Minnesota is seeking a Relief Pharmacist to join our employee-owned rural Midwest network. You will dispense medications, provide clinical pharmacy services, and lead workflow to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

A pharmacy license is required or can be obtained without federal sanctions.
PharmD or MTM Certification with copy of course completion certificate from ACPE-approved program.
Current Immunization Certification.
Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
Champion Thrifty White programs (Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, HealthyPackRx) and assist enrollment.
Lead the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high patient service standards.
Structure workflow for efficient prescription filling, counseling, and clinical services.
Develop and follow up on LTC business with nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living facilities.
Identify Long Term Care and Specialty opportunities and communicate with Marketing.
Dispense medications and provide all clinical pharmacy services.
