North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is hiring a full-time Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator to manage all MDS and reimbursement duties for our health care team. You will contribute to a caring, dynamic environment with comprehensive benefits and daily pay options.

The role requires MDS knowledge, RN licensure in MN, and 1–2 years of relevant experience. You will work closely with the care team to ensure compliance and quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with MN Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification required.
• 1–2 years experience as MDS Coordinator or Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator.
• Familiarity with MDS rules, PPS, 3.0 and Case Mix.
• Ability to pass license check, background check and HIPAA compliance.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of Federal and State assessment tools.
• Intake processed forms and upload into resident's EMR.
• Coordinate MDS submissions and related care planning documentation.
