Overview: We are seeking a Clinical Rehab Program Manager (Physical Therapist, PT) to lead our Spine program. This role offers the opportunity to work with experienced clinicians and top physicians in New England.

Position Description

The Spine Clinical Program Manager provides direct patient care and:

1. Provides strategic direction for evidence-based practice models and clinical guidelines for spine care across Hartford HealthCare.
2. Develops and implements standards of care using key performance metrics and current research.
3. Collaborates with rehab leadership to establish programmatic goals aligned with organizational priorities.
4. Communicates goals effectively to staff and monitors progress.
5. Analyzes performance metrics and develops action plans to improve outcomes.
6. Coaches and mentors regional program providers to meet standards of excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited PT program (MS/Doctorate)
• CT PT licensure or eligible
• At least 5 years’ experience treating spine conditions
• Clinical Specialty certification preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel across HHC service area

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience teaching at various levels
• Experience collaborating with healthcare stakeholders
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data
• Ability to develop and implement clinical improvement plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records
