Job Summary

Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong connections with community partners, healthcare providers, and relevant organizations by promoting the hospital's services, building relationships, and facilitating seamless patient transitions between the community and hospital settings. Essential Functions

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
