Job summary

The American College of Cardiology is seeking a NCDR Clinical Support Associate to provide clinically based education, communication, and support to NCDR stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to quality improvement and clinical inquiries.

This role collaborates across product education, development, and maintenance of ACC's NCDR clinical product line, with opportunities to lead webinars, create educational content, and contribute to registry data quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience providing clinically based education and support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and data quality in clinical registries.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and support to NCDR stakeholders on registries.
• Lead bi-monthly registry webinars and develop educational case scenarios.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Science and IT for registry products and updates.
• Maintain and improve cross-team knowledge databases for registry accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements and audit processes.
