This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position is remote for individuals living in Wisconsin or Illinois.

We are seeking a Clinical Registry Analyst:

  • Abstract and submit data to various National Data Registries.
  • Perform data analysis and collaborate with the physician champion and clinical team(s) supported by the registry.
  • Understand and follow defined data specifications to ensure accuracy in data submission.
  • Review electronic medical records to gather required data.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on operational needs. This position is remote for residents of Wisconsin or Illinois.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
  • Two (2) years of clinical data abstraction and analysis experience may substitute for a degree, in addition to relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Nursing Informatics, Respiratory Care, Physical Therapy, or a related healthcare field is preferred.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 years of clinical data abstracting and analysis experience or clinical experience in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, or a related field in an acute tertiary care hospital is required.

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Certification in a pertinent national registry is preferred.
