Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required or an associate degree with substantial clinical experience.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts.
• CPR certification at hire and bi-annual renewal.
• Ability to perform nursing assessments and triage with sound clinical judgment.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage, assessment and nursing care for illness, injuries and health concerns.
• Document patient responses and changes in condition; communicate with providers.
• Maintain current nursing knowledge and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Educate patients on prevention, healthy lifestyles and appropriate service use.
• Support quality improvement activities and participate in ongoing education.
